A Walk in The Park @ Carburn

Green trees surround a lake and a bike path takes you through nature with ducks, Canada Geese, and Seagulls on the Bow river that runs close by. The walk is shared with deer, beavers, squirrels and many different birds and woodland creatures. People book the many picnic and barbecue areas for parties. Walkers, joggers, dog walkers and parents exercising with their kids on bikes, taking their kids to the playground all enjoy this lovely spot in our neighbourhood.

Quiet and peaceful

The Gnarly Tree
This tree speaks to me
Full of twists and bumps, it makes great housing for wood creatures

The girls and I are planning to stop here and paint this old, interesting tree, enjoy some wine and the river breeze......it is on our to do list, really, we will do it before winter comes, right guys?
